Why the west is the sweet spot
Puerto de Santiago sits in the Teno rain shadow: statistically near-southern sunshine, yet the town stays local. You're 30 min from southern beaches, 40 from northern towns, 15 from mountain trails — with cliffs and whale seas at home. That geography is exactly why we bought here.
