The studio was fully renovated with a designer kitchenette, an extra-large bed guests keep praising, and a walk-in shower.
You're on the third floor (with a lift), one street above the sea in the quiet town of Puerto de Santiago — 150 m from the nearest restaurants, 400 m from the black-sand Playa de Santiago and a 20-minute seafront walk from the Los Gigantes marina.

Puerto de Santiago is a small, mostly local town squeezed between the ocean and the Teno mountains. It shares a seafront promenade with Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena, gets some of the island's best weather, and looks straight at the sunset — every single evening.

Playa de Santiago (black volcanic sand) is 400 m away — about a 5-minute walk. The Blue Flag Playa de la Arena is 1 km along the promenade.
Yes — free public parking on the surrounding streets. There is no dedicated space, so in the evening you may need a few minutes to find a spot.
Not necessarily: restaurants, shops and beaches are walkable, and buses and taxis cover the coast. For Teide, Masca and the north, a rental car makes the island yours — we're happy to advise.
Check-in 15:00–20:00 (tell us your arrival time in advance), check-out 08:00–10:00. A €200 refundable cash deposit is collected at check-in.
The studio sleeps 2 adults plus one child under 3; a cot is available for €5/night on request. There's a children's playground on site.
